We only collect the information you voluntarily send us through our forms (quote request, call booking, pre-order, rental):
We ask you to avoid photos where people can be recognized, especially children. You do not need to give us any information beyond what is asked.
This information is used only to answer your request, prepare a quote, schedule a call, organize delivery or pickup, and follow up on your order. We do not sell or rent your information, we do not use it for advertising and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Before sending a form, you must tick a box confirming that you have read this policy and consent to the collection of your information and its storage outside Québec. The box is never pre-ticked. Without this consent the form cannot be sent; you can always reach us by phone or email.

This site is hosted by Netlify, whose servers are mainly located in the United States. Form submissions (including attached photos) are received and stored there before being passed on to us. Your information may therefore be stored and processed outside Québec and Canada, where privacy laws may differ from those of Québec. Communication with the site is encrypted (HTTPS) and access to submissions is protected by a restricted-access account.
This site does not use advertising cookies or traffic analytics tools.
We keep the information sent through a form for no more than 24 months after your request is handled or our last exchange, then we destroy it. Submissions stored at Netlify are reviewed and deleted every month. Documents that must be kept under a legal or accounting obligation (for example an invoice) are kept for the period required by law.
We limit access to information to the people who need it to handle your request, and we use strong passwords and reputable services.
In the event of a privacy incident (unauthorized access, use or disclosure, or loss of information), we assess the risk, take steps to reduce it, record the incident in a register and, if it poses a risk of serious harm, promptly notify the people concerned as well as the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec and, where applicable, the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
You have the right to ask for access to your information, its correction or deletion, to withdraw your consent, and to obtain your information in a structured, commonly used technological format (portability). This site is intended for adults planning an event or an order. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 14. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
